Our products are not only hugely beneficial to these sectors but are also very practical for other uses as well. It can also be used in the municipality and the telecoms industries for installing traffic signage poles and satellite dishes as well as the installation of fences and the repair of marine pontoons.

What products can I try out?

We have a few products in our repair and maintenance products range that can solve a variety of installation issues. One of these is the High-Density Expanding Foam that is used for the setting of poles.

Secure Set is a Polyurethane foam that is used to form a secure bond between the pole and the soil and is commonly used for backfill projects. The foam ensures that the pole is cemented in place and also protects the pole from damage caused by water, rot, or oxidation.

It is easy to prepare and dries so quickly that your pole is set within the hour, saving your team time and energy so that they can move on to the next project. It is a much more effective alternative to traditional concrete application methods.

Another of our high-performance products are CPR - Concrete Products Repair and is effective at repairing structural damage to concrete poles used for traffic lights and other public service equipment. It is also good at repairing damage to manholes, bridges, and sidewalks. CPR comes already prepared in a ready to use cartridge.

As the name suggests our Timberbond products treat and repair wood utility poles. The damage caused to wood utility poles by things such as lightning, termites, and woodpeckers is expensive and the repair process is time-consuming. It comes in two forms TimberBond NSG and TimberBond VFG.

TimberBond NSG can be used for external and internal uses and is an economical means to restore and repair surface wood damage quickly and easily as well as to extend the lifespan on wood utility poles.

TimberBond VFG is used for deeper to reach damage and decay in wood utility poles and is used to treat damage that has occurred to inaccessible areas of wood. TimberBond VFG is usually applied first where wood damage is particularly bad and then TimberBond NSG is usually applied afterward.

PE Fusion is an acrylic adhesive that is used to join underground HDPE piping to PVC couplings and can be used on piping that is made of aluminum, steel, and fiberglass. This is an effective means of pipe bonding that is also watertight. It comes with easy to use instructions and is applied using a static mixer.

Other products that we offer include a Secure Set Pad Leveling Foam that sets and maintains transformer pads and other utility structures like pipes, ducts, and utility boxes and acts as a seal to stop dust, water, and insects from coming in.

Our Fiberglass sleeves are designed to fit around damaged wooden utility poles as a means of repairing them and extending the life of these poles without having to completely replace the whole unit which is very expensive and time-consuming.
